Refund Policy Design Phase Refund Eligibility Refunds (if applicable) may only be considered during the initial design phase before development work has begun. Once the project moves into the development stage, it is no longer eligible for any refund.
No Refund Policy All payments made to Logifye are non-refundable. Once a project has been purchased and the development phase has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Project Initiation A project is considered initiated once onboarding, discussion, planning, or any form of design/development work has started. Project Hold & Cancellation • Clients may request to place a project on hold for up to one month. • If the client remains unresponsive beyond this period, the project may be closed or canceled. • No refunds will be provided once the project is active or in progress. Revisions All revisions within the agreed project scope will be delivered accordingly. Any additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges. Fraudulent Transactions If any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction is detected, the project will be immediately canceled without refund.
